How does Zelle work?

 
To get started, log into Citizens Savings Bank mobile app and select “Send Money with Zelle®” from the bottom menu button. To send money using Zelle, simply select someone from your mobile device’s contacts (or add a trusted recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number). Enter the amount you’d like to send. If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle2, the money will go directly into their bank account. If they are not enrolled, they will get a notification telling them how to enroll to receive their money.
