Citizens Savings Bank is a mutual savings bank chartered in the state of Louisiana. Citizens was first established as a building and loan association in 1946 located in Bogalusa, La., with a staff of one. Today, our main office remains in Bogalusa, but we now have an additional six branch offices with a staff of over 70 employees.

From the beginning, Citizens primary mission has been to serve the community. We started with basic deposits and home loans, and grew from there.
